Call for Poster Presentations

The CAGP is now accepting abstracts for poster presentations for the annual scientific meeting on September 22, 2010 in Toronto, Ontario themed “From Prevention to Palliation.” Topics should be timely and relevant to geriatric psychiatry.

There will be 30 Minutes of protected time for poster presentations and dialogue.

An award of $500 will be presented at the meeting for the best poster.

Instructions

1. Poster Abstracts must be received at the CAGP head office by July 30, 2010.
2. Please include the title and a short summary of the presentation.
3. Please include the names, credentials and affiliations of all authors.
4. The abstract must be a maximum of 250 words. Do not submit manuscripts or full posters.
5. Posters should adhere to CPA guidelines.
6. It will be assumed that the poster will be made in the language in which the abstract is submitted.
7. The presenters will agree to have their abstract included in the CAGP newsletter.
8. You will be notified of the Program Committee’s decision regarding your submission by early August 2010. All presenters and co-presenters must register for the meeting and pay the appropriate registration fee.
