- Full-time medical students or residents with an interest in geriatric psychiatry.

Affiliate Member Physician:
- Any other physician with fellowship from the RCPSC or CFPC (or equivalent) who do not meet criteria for the full membership physician’s category.
Affiliate Member Allied Health:
- Individuals who by nature of their professional or volunteer activities have an interest in geriatric psychiatry or seniors’ mental health.
Affiliate Member Student: Membership is free!
- Allied health students in an aging or mental health-related professional program (e.g. nursing, gerontology, social work, OT, etc.).
- Graduate students with an academic interest in aging or seniors mental health

Affiliate Member Other:
- Government and non-governmental professionals, scholars, and policy makers with an interest in mental health and aging who do not quality under another membership category
