To view the 3 km walk route, click here. This route takes you to Canada Place and along the seawall past the Olympic Cauldron and many public art displays while offering scenic views of Stanley Park and the North Shore mountains.
To view the 5 km run route, click here. This route stretches along the Coal Harbour waterfront into Stanley Park where you will pass the Lost Lagoon, Lord Stanley's statue and the Rose Garden. 

5 km not enough? Extend your run to 7 km to explore further into Stanley Park and visit the Brockton Point Lighthouse and Totem Poles along your journey!
