POSTER CRITERIA & SPECIFICATIONS

Poster Dimensions
Your printed poster should be no larger than 3.5 feet wide x 4 feet tall.

Registration 

Poster presenters are required to register and attend the ASM. Registration details coming soon.

Schedule
The poster session will take place on Friday, September 27, at 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Poster presenters must be present at their poster location to answer questions during dedicated poster viewings. 

POSTER SET UP & TAKE DOWN

Poster set up:  Friday, September 27, 2024 at 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
Location: Cordova Foyer / Salon B
Tear down: Posters must be removed no later than 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28. The CAGP is not responsible for any posters that are not removed by the deadline.
