ATTEND TWO CONFERENCES AND SAVE!

We are excited to partner with the Canadian Conference on Dementia (CCD) that will take place immediately before the CAGP-CCSMH Annual Scientific Meeting in Calgary.  Should you choose to attend both of these outstanding conferences, you can receive a 10% discount by selecting the appropriate CCD Discount registration type in the online registration form and entering the code 12thCCDCAGP (case sensitive).  To qualify for this discount, you will need to register for both conferences no later than September 14, 2025.  This discount is only applicable to Full Registration at both events and expires after September 14, 2025.  The same discount code can be used for both events to receive the 10% discount.

* LOW-INCOME COUNTRIES

For low income countries, as listed by the most recent World Bank list, registrants will be granted a reduced fee. Registrants must provide proof of residency to be eligible for the low-income country rate. Please email registration@secretariatcentral.com to confirm residency.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Cancellations will only be accepted on or before October 2, 2025. Please note there is a 10% administration fee applied to all cancellations. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after October 2, 2025. No liability is assumed by the CAGP-CCSMH for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues, or cancellation of the event.
