21st Century Geriatric Mental Health: Shared Leadership in Care, Education and Research

It is with great excitement that we invite you to join us for the 26th Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) of the Canadian Academy of Geriatric Psychiatry in Toronto, Ontario from November 4 - 5, at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, First Canadian Place.

We are excited to partner for the first time with the 9th Canadian Conference on Dementia, which will take place immediately before the CAGP ASM. Should you choose to attend both of these outstanding conferences, you will receive a 15% discount when you register before the Early Bird rate deadline.

To qualify for this discount, you will need to register for both conferences no later than September 22, 2017. This offer expires after September 22, 2017 and is only applicable to Full Registration, Early Bird rates. The same 15% discount code can be used in the online registration process for both events.

When registering for CAGP: Please select the appropriate registration category (CCD Attendee) and use the code 9thCCDCAGP (case sensitive).

When registering for CCD: Please use the code 9thCCDCAGP (case sensitive) in the coupon section of the registration form.


CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Cancellations will only be accepted on or before September 27, 2017 (an administration fee will apply). No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after September 27, 2017. No liability is assumed by CAGP for changes in program date, content, speakers, venues or cancellation of the event.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  • Payment by Visa or Mastercard is only available for online registrations.
